- We use privacy-respecting analytics(Plausible) that doesn't set cookies or track you across sites.

What we collect, and why
1. Email and audit answers (Intake Audit)
When you complete the Intake Audit, we collect your email and your answers. We use this to send you the result email and improve the audit based on aggregated data. We do not sell, share, or rent these emails.
Storage: Resend (the email provider, US-hosted) and a private database on our infrastructure. Audit submission records are retained for up to 24 months for product-improvement analysis, then deleted.
2. Email and waitlist info (Pre-launch Waitlist)
When you sign up for the waitlist, we collect your email and optional company name. We send you 3–4 launch-related emails over the following month. After launch, we add you to the regular MS Labs newsletter (~weekly). You can unsubscribe at any time from any email.
3. Email and order details (Kit / Agency License / Install)
When you purchase, our payment provider (Gumroad for kit, Stripe for installs) collects payment details directly. We see only your email, order ID, and the tier purchased. We do not see or store your card information.
4. Anonymous site usage (Plausible Analytics)
We use Plausible for site analytics. Plausible doesn't use cookies, doesn't collect personal data, and doesn't track you across sites. Page views are aggregated; we cannot identify individual visitors.
What we don't do
