Deploy MS-INTAKE for unlimited clients.
For agencies installing intake intelligence as part of their service stack. White-label-ready, editable source, agency-only Slack, plus a 20% finder's fee when you refer clients to MS Labs install tiers.
Email purchase at v0.1 — Stripe Payment Link goes live once we have 5 confirmed launch-slot holders.
Built for agencies, priced for adoption.
Industry-standard reseller commission. Paid within 30 days of the deal closing. We don't take any cut of your own client billings — that's your business, not ours.
Everything in the kit, plus agency-only.
Unlimited client deployments
Deploy MS-INTAKE for as many clients as you sign. The single-org kit license caps at one. The Agency License removes that cap. No per-seat fees, no per-client fees, no revenue share on your billings.
White-label rights
Re-brand the kit's playbook for your agency. Your form vendor, your dashboard branding, your email sender domain. The IP stays MS Labs; the customer-facing surface is yours.
20% finder's fee on referred install upgrades
When a client of yours outgrows the kit and you refer them up to a Light, Full, or Operations Install — you keep 20% of the install fee ($500–$1,900+). Industry-standard reseller commission. Paid out within 30 days of the deal closing.
Source schemas + prompts (editable)
All 8 industry schemas, all 3 LLM prompts, all 9 email templates as editable source files. Mod them per client without forking the kit.
Agency-only Slack channel
Direct line to Sebastian + the other Agency License holders. Share install patterns, debug routing edge cases, surface new vertical schemas.
Quarterly updates
New schemas, new prompts, new email templates ship to your library automatically. No re-purchase. v0.2 ships in ~Q3 2026.
First refusal on MS Labs add-ons
MS-FOLLOWUP, MS-RETENTION, MS-ROUTING ship later in 2026. Agency License holders get them at 50% off the public agency-tier price.
Hosted Agency tier — when you want managed infra.
Some agencies want their clients on managed infrastructure (our Supabase + dashboard) instead of self-hosting. The Hosted Agency tier gives you the same unlimited-deployment rights, with a small per-active-client subscription so you only pay for what you actually deploy.
$1,997 license + $97/mo per active client
- ·Hosted dashboard at
dashboard.<client>.your-agency.com - ·Managed Supabase + workflow engine per client
- ·Per-deployment telemetry (we see what's active, you don't self-report)
- ·Same 20% finder's fee on referred install upgrades
Self-hosted unlimited works great for agencies on n8n / Make. Some agencies want a turn-key managed offering they can resell at a markup without operating infrastructure themselves. Hosted Agency is the managed version. Charged per active client, never as a % of your billings.
Existing self-hosted Agency License holders can upgrade to Hosted Agency at launch (paying only the new $97/mo per active deployment, no second license fee). Per-deployment billing replaces unlimited; the license fee is grandfathered.
Just so we're clear.
- ×Reselling the kit ZIP standalone (this is a deploy-it-for-clients license, not a resell-it license)
- ×Single-organization in-house deployment — that's the $497 self-install kit, not the Agency License
- ×Custom development or per-client work — that's a Monolith Systems agency engagement, separate offer
- ×Live training calls or 1:1 onboarding (the install runbook + email support cover the deploy)
- ×Source code for the MS-INTAKE Light / Full / Operations install dashboards (those stay on the Monolith side)
Frequently asked
How is this different from the $497 self-install kit?
The $497 kit is licensed for ONE organization. If you're an agency installing this for client A, then client B, then client C, you'd need three separate kit licenses — or one Agency License at $1,997 for unlimited.
How does the 20% finder's fee work?
When you refer a client to MS Labs for a Light Install ($2,500), Full Install ($4,500), or Operations Install ($9,500+), you get 20% of the install fee. We pay out within 30 days of the deal closing. Track referrals via a unique attribution code we issue with your license.
Do you take a cut of my client billings?
No. The Agency License is a one-time fee for unlimited deployment rights. We don't take a percentage of your client revenue, and we don't have per-client subscription fees. The only fee structure beyond the $1,997 is the OPTIONAL upside — when YOU refer clients to OUR install tiers, we pay YOU 20%.
Can I resell the kit to my clients standalone?
No. The Agency License lets you DEPLOY it for clients (you wire it up, customize it, operate it). It doesn't let you sell the kit ZIP to them as a standalone product — that's a different reseller agreement we'll publish if there's demand.
Do my clients get the kit ZIP?
No. Your clients get a deployed MS-INTAKE system on their CRM. They don't see the underlying playbook or prompts unless you choose to share. You're operating the system; they're consuming the outputs.
What if I have 50+ clients?
The Agency License covers unlimited deployments today. We may introduce a tiered structure for very large agencies (50+ deployments) in the future, but existing license holders are grandfathered into unlimited.
Why is this $1,997 — will the price go up?
Yes. The $1,997 price is an early-bird launch promo for the first 10 agency holders. After that, the public price moves to $2,497–$2,997. License holders are grandfathered at their purchase price.
Can I cancel?
It's a one-time license, not a subscription. There's nothing to cancel. The clients you've deployed for keep running. The 20% finder's-fee carry stays in effect for as long as your referrals close.
One license. Unlimited clients.
Plus 20% on every referral.
Early-bird at $1,997 for the first 10 agencies. After that, $2,497. Existing holders are grandfathered.
